Our burgers are made from Washington beef. We use a chuck/brisket/short rib blend that achieves the perfect balance of juiciness, texture and true beef flavor. No frozen patties here. We cook them to your desired temperature, old school on the flat top griddle so the meat cooks in its own juices and gets a nice crust instead of drying out over an open flame. All of our burgers come with bacon because bacon is awesome!
You'll find reubens, clubs, dips and even po'boys here at Big Lake. We even smoke our own pork, which you can get piled on a burger or as sliders on sweet Hawaiian rolls with slaw and pickles.
SOUPS & SALADS
People come from miles around to feast on our Garbage Salad, a meal for one or a great salad to share. All of our soups are made from scratch, including our gumbo made with fresh chicken stock, andouille sausage, chicken, peppers and okra.
